Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
By creating an account or using Dimeledger, you agree to these terms.
The service
Dimeledger lets you record, import and categorize business transactions and summarize them by IRS tax form line. Features may change over time.
Not tax, legal or financial advice
Dimeledger is a recordkeeping tool. Category suggestions, AI recommendations, deductibility percentages and rollups are for organization only and may be wrong or out of date. You are responsible for your tax filings; review all allocations with a qualified tax professional.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
- Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only upload data you have the right to use.
Bank connections
Bank linking is provided through Plaid. By linking an account you authorize Plaid and Dimeledger to access transaction data for that account, and you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.
AI features
AI features are optional and produce suggestions you must review. Do not rely on them without checking.
Your data
You own your data. You can export it or delete your account at any time. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimeledger is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, tax penalties, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post changes here. Questions: support@dimeledger.com.
